VENDORS OF PARTS AND AUTO-RELATED PRODUCTS
If you are a vendor of parts and/or auto-related products, the Ventura County Swap Meet & Car Show is an automotive-related event. Vendor spaces are approximately 20' X 20' and sell for $30.00
pre-reserved (cash or check) or $40.00 at the gate (cash only).
Only one vehicle is included with purchase of each space (trailers are counted as vehicles). All vendors enter at Figueroa Street (same as spectators and cars).
We are accepting applications for pre-reserved vendor spaces for the JULY 18, 2004 meet until Friday JULY 2, 2004. We highly recommend taking advantage of this fast and convenient way to purchase parts vendor spaces for all future shows. To pre-register for the event, please print and return the application linked to this website, or call Natalie More at (805) 642-3182 or e-mail to nitronatty@sbcglobal.net to receive an application by mail.
Once your application has been filled out, submitted and processed, you will be added to our customer database and mailed a reminder postcard prior to each event. You need to apply only once.
If you need to obtain a CA Sellers Permit, please call the California State Board of Equalization, which has offices throughout California. The Sellers Permit application and a listing of office locations is available on the State Board of Equalization's Web Site at: http://www.boe.ca.gov/.
The deadline to pre-reserve vendor spaces for this upcoming show is JULY 2, 2004, so request an application before this deadline. The deadline is always two weeks prior to each event.
If you miss the two-week deadline for pre-reservation, or if you cannot obtain a CA Sellers Permit in time, any remaining parts vendor spaces can be purchased on a first- come first-served basis on the weekend of the event. To purchase a parts vendor space, enter off of Figueroa Street by 4:00 a.m. on Sunday (the day of each event).
Only one vehicle is permitted on a space, and trailers are counted as vehicles. Each space is approximately 20' X 20'. To avoid the inconvenience and uncertainty of waiting in line to purchase space(s) at the event, it is highly recommended that you pre-reserve.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE?
It is STRONGLY recommended to arrive before 5 a.m. Sunday. Remember, these spaces are sold on a first-come first serve basis, so you do want to get there early to avoid a sell out.
